Get to know Alicia Kidd
Alicia Kidd is a documentary & destination wedding photographer. She currently lives in Puerto Rico, and will gladly travel to any country for your wedding day. As a member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association (wpja), she breaks the rules of classic wedding photography, by bringing her documentary style to clients who look for a different experience.
Described as a workaholic and passionately dedicated to photography and art, she has worked with various National Geographic Photographers assisting on assignments and photography workshops in various countries and currently collaborates as fixer with New York Daily News and other magazines and newspapers. Alicia also teaches summer in Altos de Chavon School of Design in the Dominican Republic and produces photography workshops and seminars in Puerto Rico, USA and the Caribbean for her own workshop company.
Ms. Kidd is currently collaborating with art galleries and museums to exhibit her work. She has organized and curated various exhibitions for other artists and photographers, and has also participated in various collective exhibitions in various countries. Her goal is to exhibit her personal projects world wide.
